STATUTORY CERTIFICATION
Marine Classification Bureau (MCB) is authorized by various Flag States Maritime Administrations to act on their behalf as Recognised Organisation for conducting surveys and issue Statutory Certificates. We carry out surveys and issue certificates following the IMO and UN Conventions, Codes as well as national legislation pertaining to the safety of life at sea and prevention of marine pollution.
Statutory certification from initial, annual, intermediate, and renewal appraisal during the operational lifetime of the vessel.
MCB assures efficient and well-timed execution of the certification by proactive coordination with owners/managers to harmonize vessels’ operational schedules through a global network of experienced and qualified surveyors
